Clearsite was formed in 2004 with a vision of offering a tailored strip out service to the construction industry like never before. The architect of this dream was Karl Lubieniecki who held over 12 years of construction knowledge, expertise, experience and who knew only too well the struggles of finding a reliable, safety conscious and cost effective stripout company to undertake clearance projects.
Working as a Surveyor and Estimator within the construction industry he had strived to find better subcontractors for his employers and clients in order to deliver perfect site clearance results but unfortunately, within the strip out field, he found specialists to be non existent, the only answer was to start Clearsite and to provide the industry with a company dedicated to commercial strip out and dedicated to providing the best for his clients.
The next step has been to carry Clearsite through the 2010 recession and into 2011 stronger and more dependable than any of our competitors. A new major addition to the professional team, James Jarvis has 9yrs of experience within the construction industry procuring work, tracking projects and doing the deals. James makes it his business to know what's being done, where its being done and who is doing it! His role within Clearsite is to introduce new avenues, and open new doors with clients, old and new.

At age 16 Karl Lubieniecki found an attraction to a working career in construction with a 'hands on' apprenticeship on site for a small local builder where he gained a vast amount of practical building knowledge producing a great platform on which to carry on his career. The next step was a degree course at The University Of the West of England where he studied Surveying with commercial management, Karl joined Morgan Ashurst as a Surveyor having previously worked part time for the construction giant as a assistant QS during his studies. At Morgan Ashurst Karl's career flourished with much acclaimed success within surveying and contracts management. Karl's construction qualifications include Adv GNVQ (HNC), Bsc, SMSTS, First aid appointed person, CSCS management card as well as various plant tickets. Karl's enthusiasm for Clearsite is obvious "Coming from a contracts management background I particularly enjoy providing solutions to any problems that our clients may have to overcome. Each project is different each site has its own set of logistical problems with access, safety and time constraints playing a major role in how we tackle the job. I'm also a great believer in having attention to detail which is why I personally check every single stripout job when they are ready for completion ensuring that they are up to the high standards that we have set here at Clearsite"
At a young age James started out in the construction industry by working for a local builder as a general labourer where he gained a great practical experience. James's enthusiasm for construction was soon noticed and his career path began to form by then going on to working for a small family run developer called Hannick Homes Ltd as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor where his four year construction apprenticeship started. Having gained an ONC & HNC in Construction and a wealth of experience in Surveying and construction, James has since furthered his experience in construction by working for the medium sized construction company, Crampton Leighfield.
James's position within the company as Contracts Surveyor provided him with experience in running sites, organising trades, ordering materials and taking care of the financial aspects of the works which has provided a great understanding for all aspects of site organization, presentation and understanding the clients requirements.
James joined Clearsite in 2010 with his main objective being to help introduce Clearsite to new clients and new areas. 'We understand that times are hard, and we need to broaden our market area as well as adapt to different circumstances'. One of James roles will be as a dedicated estimator offering prompt and precise turnarounds on tenders and to gain a good personal knowledge of the different jobs and clients.
